An Information Signature is the collection of electronic data gathered from public and private sources that matches or approximates previously identified patterns. It can be used to fight terrorism...and it can be used as a tool of terrorism. This is a piece not only about the infringment on one's right to privacy, but the many rights that are being threatened by the cavalir use of technology, by the US government.
