My brother, Jordan, is a United States Marine. He has been honorably serving for two years and has proudly displayed all of the Marine Corps: Honor, Courage, and Commitment. Jordan follows John F. Kennedy's quote precisely and serves without question. On a daily basis, however, I see people expecting more and more out of the government and less out of themselves. We need to stop this selfish mentality and revert to the heart of a soldier, who serves without expecting anything in return.
