Promote the Vote
President Lincoln described our nation as "by the people, for the people," thus directly making the people the focus of our nation's democratic system. This ideal has been lost throughout recent history, and this video is message from the most influential people in American history to remind us all of our duty to participate in our democracy.

I liked your video. But "Vote!" is not enough. You have a great goal - my entry shows one focused strategy to help accomplish more informed participation. I believe it will increase voter turnout, and it provides a forum for the kind of conversations you are promoing. Look at my submission. "Elections Clarified" https://vimeo.com/64616892 or

Your video was cool but you just put a lt of words onto a slideshow. I think your goal is great but it wasn't really and inspiring video. By minute 1:50 I was a little over it. It was a good job though and you should definitely refine your cinematic technique and use the available tools to add some life to your video! Great goal and good work!
