We The People
Trenton Area Soup Kitchen has an amazing adult education program. This year they helped 21 people to achieve their GEDs. A number of patrons recently wrote letters to President Obama. This short video highlights the writers of these letters and the sentiments they wanted to share with their President. TASK offers programs to help patrons achieve self sufficiency.

What an impassioned plea. Glad to see so many people are acting on their right and ability to reach the President. Yes, we can still actually talk to him. All the best. Stay positive!

I was a tutor at TASK for several years before moving out of state. It is a wonderful institution, and the tutoring program is transformational. I taught students there who were every bit the intellectual equal of my Princeton University students, only they had been dealt (or had dealt themselves) a bad hand.
