Why are the Educated Forces different from other government-sponsored programs like the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps? The Educated Forces is available to all high school graduates who want to create true sustained change in America and all over the world. Think of it as voluntary college. "Enlistees" will "serve" the required amount of time during which they will receive extensive training in the discipline of their choice: education, leadership and empowerment; health care; social and business entrepreneurship; technical engineering; and science. After graduation from their respective program, the educational "soldiers" will be placed in areas in America and around the world where the need is the greatest.

I entered the competition. Check out my video. I hope to win. Your proposal is interesting. I served in the Peace Corps in India from 1965-68. Similar concept.
