We propose an idea that uses a democratic process as a building block for communities. It harnesses the ideas, skills, and passions of neighbors and through online and offline tools, displays the information in an interactive way. Neighbors can support each other’s startup ideas, collaborate, and invest in their community directly and personally. By starting with local innovation and existing human potential, the community can become self-reliant. As a result, it’s even easier for government programs to support local development in meaningful way.
