Improved Democracy on the Foundation of Goodness and Intelligence
Through core values of both Goodness and Intelligence, we can find a way to continually step forward. To believe in a better future is one thing, but to take part in it is another. In this democracy challenge, I challenge us to actually do something. To start a small change, that over time through other small changes in education, attitude, and environment - create a better government, a better system, and a better us.

This paper discusses the root problem, and how to change the government, and the people (from which the government is derived) over time. There are many 'solutions' that other people suggest, but many of them exist about changing laws (for example, Congress should not be allowed to XYZ). However, you can't change the government from inside the government - typically it doesn't work because those in power attempt to hold on to that power. Who in Congress is going to vote to limit the power of Congress?
